Pingüinos
Ages 4 - 5
Pingüinos is a class that allows children to continue exploring language through our play based inspired by Reggio Emilia Curriculum. The 3’s and 4’s in Pingüinos continue to grow and develop their social and emotional skills, cognitive and physical skills, by being able to self-explore in an environment that allows them to be more independent, make decisions, and contribute to the planning of some of their learning activities. The 3’ and 4’s in Pingüinos become more confident and are prepared for their next education adventure, like kindergarten. Pingüinos love to learn new topics and create mini projects by researching with teachers and letting their imagination take the lead. They also enjoy time in the playground and the gym, where they get to play and develop their Gross Motor skills.
Puerta Abierta closely follows Evanston/Skokie District 65 Calendar for non-attendance days.
